Wouter Heinen new Managing Director of the Faculty of Arts

Wouter Heinen will be installed as the new Managing Director and Faculty Board member of the Faculty of Arts on 1 April. He will succeed Egon Dietrich, who is retiring.

Heinen (48) has been Managing Director/Director of Business Operations of the Faculty of Theology and Religious Studies of the University of Groningen since 2013. Before this, he worked as a research programme manager and policy coordinator for the Executive Board of VU University Amsterdam and as head of Information, Culture and Policy at the Student Affairs Office of Radboud University Nijmegen. He completed a Master's degree in Public and non-profit Management (MPM) at TiasNimbas Business School, Tilburg University.
