The University of Groningen has a broad expertise in setting up research projects and networks. The Science Shops link questions from citizens' groups, social organisations, governments and institutions to student research. Industry Relations brings companies, governments and civil society organisations into contact with experts within the RUG in order to establish sustainable partnerships. IP & Business Development promotes the social impact of UG research and stimulates entrepreneurship. Centres of expertise are happy to work with you.


I want to work together

The University of Groningen is at the heart of society. The UG works closely with companies, non-profit organisations, governments, knowledge institutions and citizens. Its aim is to contribute to a resilient society that takes on social challenges. Within the UG, various organisations work to promote external partnerships.

I am looking for an intern

The UG offers internship mediation services for companies and organizations looking for students. For internship mediation orthe placement of your internship vacancy or sharing your internship vacancy or graduation project with students, you can contact the various internship coordinators of the faculties of the University of Groningen.


I want to use the facilities of the UG

The University of Groningen has an extensive selection of research facilities that you, as an external party, can make use of, such as room hire, spatial expertise for science and society services and, for example, the collection of the University Library.
