NWO grant for reducing energy consumption

The ‘Next Generation Smart Data Centers’ project of Dr Marco Aiello (Johann Bernoulli Institute for Mathematics and Computer Science ) has been granted EUR 352,000 under the Indo-Dutch Science Industry Collaboration in Computer Science programme of the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO). The goal of the project is to reduce the energy consumption of data centers and develop a set of techniques that can be transferred to other industrial settings. Besides the Johann Bernoulli Institute (as co-ordinator), the project partners are the Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology Hyderabad, Shell India Markets Private Limited, and Cognizant Technology Solutions.

Dutch Research Agenda funding for nanomedicine research
