Research Societal themes Energy

UG scientists have been working on the theme of energy from a wide range of disciplines for decades. The existing interdisciplinary collaboration has been given an extra boost by the launch of the Wubbo Ockels School for Energy Transition. Outside the UG, we collaborate, among others, with The University of the North, the New Energy Coalition and the Global Center on Adaption. In this way, we are contributing to a sustainable energy future through innovative research and education.
