Nine MSC Doctoral Networks for the University of Groningen
The University of Groningen has achieved very good results in the last round of Marie Sklodowska Curie Doctoral Networks. 9 projects have been funded out of 44 submissions: 2 as coordinators, 5 as beneficiaries and 2 as associated partners. Moreover, 3 other projects are placed on the reserve list. That makes our success rate 20.4 % against 15.8% EU wide (These numbers do not include UMCG proposals).
MSC Doctoral Networks implement doctoral programmes, by partnerships of universities, research institutions and infrastructures, businesses including SMEs, and other socio-economic actors from different countries across Europe and beyond. These doctoral programmes have to respond to well-identified needs in various research and innovation areas, expose the researchers to the academic and non-academic sectors, and offer research training, as well as transferable skills and competences relevant for innovation and long-term employability.
The next call for application will open in May 2023.
