Terms and conditions

1. Your registration will be confirmed by e mail.

2. Registration means you agree to the payment and cancellation conditions.

3. You can only cancel your registration in writing.

• If you cancel less between 8 to 4 weeks before the start of the programme you will be charged a €150 administration fee.
• If you cancel within 4 weeks of the start of the programme, you will be charged the full course fee.

4. UGBS/Faculty of Law reserves the right to modify the dates of the executive programme or to cancel the programme in case of unforeseen circumstances. An unforeseen circumstance for cancellation can be, for example, the situation of insufficient applications.

5. If you wish to receive PO/PE credits, these can only be awarded if you have signed the attendance sheet at the start and end of each course day.
