Founders and permanent staff
|Joke Fleer||As founder and head of SCOPE, Joke Fleer carries final responsibility responsible for the educational activities that SCOPE develops and offers as well as SCOPE’s research.|
|Margreet Smit||As founder and coordinator of SCOPE, Margreet Smit is jointly responsible for the development, implementation and running of various courses and workshops offered by SCOPE to the students of the Faculty of Medical Sciences.|
|Salome Scholtens||In her role as trainer, Salome Scholtens develops new educational activities. She also gives various workshops at the Faculty of Medical Sciences and at other UG faculties and departments. In her work as a researcher, she focuses on experience-based learning in the field of awareness of social systems.|
|Hedwig Boer||As a teacher and trainer, Hedwig Boer teaches and develops course units that form part of the various Bachelor’s degree programmes offered by the Faculty of Medical Sciences, as well as educational activities as part of the CPE programme and the minor More Healthy Years. Aside from her teaching duties, Hedwig is also enrolled in the Junior Academic Teacher track, an internal training programme for junior lecturers at UMCG.|
|Miranda Trippenzee||As a researcher and trainer, Miranda Trippenzee teaches workshops offered by SCOPE and conducts research on the well-being of students.|
|Anna Salzano||As coach and trainer, Anna Salzano teaches SCOPE workshops, provides coaching, and facilitates peer-to-peer activities for PhD-students.|
|Ligia Rosenstein||Ligia develops new education as a trainer. She also gives various workshops and coaching sessions at the Faculty of Medical Sciences and at other parts of the RUG. As a psychologist her focus is on Stress Management, Emotional Intelligence and Talent Development.|
|Margit Eelbren Vegter||As a philosophical practitioner, Margit gives various courses that contribute to the development of an inquiring mindset. Central themes are asking questions, becoming aware of presuppositions, conducting research to concepts and listening carefully. In addition, Margit receives students and staff in her practice for individual philosophical conversations, in which they learn to think better.|
