Education for professionals
The University of Groningen offers various types of education for professionals, from (post)masters to courses and certificates.
Several faculties within the UG provide postmaster's education. The UG is closely linked to various educational institutions, which is why it is possible to participate in a Business School. In addition, we offer free online courses for everyone (MOOC).

Do you already have a master's degree? Then participate in the one-year master's degree in Preparatory Higher Education (LVHO). Half of this programme consists of an internship at a secondary school and half consists of courses at the university.
For the next step in your career, the Business School offers full executive masters, as well as short executive programmes and tailor-made in-company training on various business and economic themes.
The University of Groningen offers young and old, with or without preparatory training, the opportunity to participate in a number of our online courses. Most of them are MOOCs, Massive Open Online Courses, which we offer through the British FutureLearn platform.
The Language Centre helps you to communicate successfully in your working environment. Training courses for professionals are available as standard courses and tailor-made courses, which can be given as a one-to-one training, to small groups or for entire organizations. All this will be discussed during an intake interview, no strings attached.
In the Campus Fryslân's Digital Leadership course you will develop knowledge and skills to develop strategies that deal with digitization in a structured way.
