Information for presenters

General information
Each room will have a (Windows) computer with powerpoint and access to the internet, and a projector that presenters can use, as well as cables to allow for the use of (Mac or PC) laptops with the projector. We will not have digital remotes available, but you are able to use them with the PCs in the rooms. If you need anything else in particular for your presentation (e.g. movement space for attendees, a whiteboard with markers, free champagne, etc.), please get in touch with us as soon as you can so that we can work out if it is possible. There will not be facilities for remote access to presentations other than the keynotes.
Papers
Each paper presentation will have a 20-minute presentation slot, with up to 5 minutes for questions. After 25 minutes, there will be 5 minutes for attendees to change rooms, and for the next presenter(s) to set up.
Show and tells
Each S&T presentation will have a 15-minute presentation slot, and then there will be a 5-minute break for questions, movement, and for the next presentation to set up. The intention of these sessions is that they describe how TBLT is working in practice, showcasing successful examples of real-world TBLT pedagogy.
Posters
Posters should be designed in a portrait A0 format; that is, 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm (33 x 47 inches). We will not offer a printing service for posters. Hence, each poster presenter should print their own poster in advance, and bring it with them for the conference. You may inquire with one of the below local poster printers, whether you could have your poster printed in Groningen and pick it up yourself after arrival. Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist.
