Support Services

The activities of the Support Services consist of the construction and maintenance of an optimal material infrastructure in a safe working environment. To sum up, the tasks consist of:

• Reception, security and housekeeping (Internal Services)
• Occupational Health, Environment and Safety
• Purchase
• Seating and workspace management
• Access control
• Construction /e.g. building projects

The Service conducts its activities in close co-operation with central services such as the Facility Organisation, the Center for Information Technology, and the health, safety and environmental service (AMD).
