Do you want to learn a new language or improve your existing skills? Then take an online language course at the Language Centre which we offer in 8 different languages! Registration is open until the week before the courses start.

Returning to our course range: Italian

After a year-long absence, we will once again begin to offer courses in Italian! In March, courses in this language will be offered at two levels.

English courses for professionals

Besides our standard English group courses that you can take as a UG staff member, we also offer the following courses especially for professionals, which can be very useful in the international setting of the UG:

• Start 17 February - Publishing in English
  For PhD students who are writing a thesis in English or who write articles in English.

• Start 1 & 4 March - English for professionals, Speaking
  For those who want to increase their confidence and effectively give presentations or attend meetings in English.

• Start 2 & 4 March - English for professionals, Writing
  For the successful writing of emails, policy documents, reports and other professional communication.

• Start 3 March - English for HR-professionals
  This course is geared towards HR professionals who need to use advanced English when interacting with international employees.

Get a taste during the free webinar week

At the end of January, we are organizing live webinars for all language courses, so that you can already get a taste of how an online course works.

We will address the various language levels, our approach to online language learning and the online tools in our learning environment. We will also present our current course range and you will be able to ask our teachers questions, so that you will know what you can expect from us.
