Programme

The course consists of six modules:

Digital strategy: goals in a digital context & how to evaluate and interpret digital assets and data for value

Managing data: organizing, storing and applying data in a structured way
3
Digital interaction: effective communication through technology
4
Digital sharing: sharing data, information and digital content appropriately
5
Digital citizens and customers: engagement and inclusion
6
Collaborating using digital technology: promoting the collaborative process and co-creation

The modules each end with a short assignment for applying the theory in one's own practice for optimal (learning) impact. These subtasks are part of the final assignment.

Learning Objectives

This course offers broadening and deepening. After successfully completing the Digital Leadership course, you will be able to:

Identify and explain the importance of digital leadership in your own work and organization.

Improve the organization by strengthening the collaboration between people and technology, to analyze and include issues such as privacy, security, data sharing, interaction, collaboration, participation and inclusion in planning.

Identify problems and recite solutions around the use of digital technologies in one's practice and work environment.
4
Network and share expertise.

Practical information

The course consists of on-site meetings and online meetings. You will follow the teaching partly on location in Leeuwarden, Campus Fryslân, the Beurs.

The study load is approximately 4 to 8 hours (incl. preparation, lecture) per week. The total study load is 84 hours.
