From HBO to MSc
Please note: the registration deadline has been extended from 1 to 15 December!
Interested in the master Sustainable Entrepreneurship? Students who have a HBO Bachelor’s degree certificate of a programme with a strong relation to sustainability and knowledge of business administration or management, for example (but not limited to) Business Administration or International Business may be admitted to the Sustainable Entrepreneurship preparation course by the Admissions Board.
The course focuses on research methods (research questions, theoretical foundations and research methods) of sustainable entrepreneurship. The February course will give you the possibility to start in September 2020 with the master Sustainable Entrepreneurship, it is possible to follow the course when you are in the last phase of your Bachelor degree of Applied Sciences (HBO).
At the end of the course, the student is able to:
- Formulate a relevant research question based on literature and/or business practice
- Select and discuss a theoretical perspective relevant for the research question
- Select and discuss a research method relevant for the research question
- Develop a written version of the research proposal
- Present a written version of the research proposal

* Please make sure you are able to attend all scheduled classes, attending classes is mandatory.
Completion of the Sustainable Entrepreneurship preparation course does not automatically give you access to the master. After finishing the decision remains with the course coordinator whether you have completed the course successfully in order to access the master.
Application deadline: 15 December 2019
On the basis of your application the Admissions Board will determine whether:
- You are conditionally admitted.
You will be admitted, provided that you meet certain conditions. You will find the conditions of your admission in your decision letter.
-You are not admitted.
You are not admitted, because you do not meet the programme’s entry requirements. The reasons will be clearly stated in the decision letter.
The student will receive a decision from the Admission Board within six weeks the latest at 19 December. The fee of the preparation course, a € 440,-
