There are Word templates available for letters, memos, agendas, minutes, etc. In the UWP, you can find these templates in Word under the /RUG tab. If you click on ‘DotOffice’ a drop-down list with available templates will appear.
Working in DotOffice requires several settings, which can be found in the Quick Start Guide to DotOffice templates in Word together with a sample template.
Want to get the most out of DotOffice for Word and PowerPoint? Sign up for the ‘Making the most of DotOffice’ course.
Can't find DotOffice in the menu?
If the /RUG tab is missing, you can install DotOffice or use it online (via uwp.rug.nl).
Help documentation can be found in Word under the purple question mark on the DotOffice toolbar. If you have unanswered questions, please contact your local CIT Servicedesk.
If you are not a Windows user but would like to create documents in the house style, you can request the necessary RTF files from firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need a tool for creating forms in the house style, please send a message to the Communications department (email@example.com).
