Mobility Online

All of the Exchange processes and documentation begins and ends with our system, Mobility Online(MO).

Academic Year

The current Academic Year of our faculty can be consulted here.

Visa

The International Office at University College Groningen will apply for the student’s MMV visa and or/ residency permit on the student’s behalf through the International Student Desk of the University. The costs for applying for the visa will be the student’s responsibility.

All students at the University of Groningen need Health Insurnace. More information can be found here.

Housing

In the spring of 2023, new housing accommodation, Libertas, for all students, was completed. Every exchange student studying at the University College will be eligible for a room that is furnished* ( provided only for Exchange students). Once a student’s visa application is processed, we will send the student a link to register and book their accommodation.

Transcript

The Transcript of Records (TOR) will be provided to the partner and student within two months of the mobility period ending with our signature and University stamp.
