Learning Agreement
Most students coming from an Erasmus+ University and partner are required by their home University to have a Learning Agreement signed, often referred to as an OLA (Online Learning Agreement). This can also apply to non-EU Universitites, but normatively is a separate procedure.
Most OLA's are handled through EWP or a simialr digital sharing system, whereby the student drafts their OLA and it is sent to our office for digital signing and approval. Due to different University schedules, we may not yet have confirmed your courses listed on your OLA. We will still sign the OLA due to timeline differences, and grant deadlines, but we offer students incoming to our faculty, to update their OLA afterward and we will re-sign it when the courses have been confirmed and all changes made.
