FEB Alumni Monitor

The data from the annual FEB Alumni Monitor will be used to:

• Stay in contact with you and all FEB Alumni globally

• Garner information on whether and how the knowledge and skills taught at FEB translate into the workforce

• Gather insights to better develop FEB strategies, policies and curricula

• Study aspiring leadership from the interdisciplinary perspectives of HRM&OB and GEM

• Support AACSB and EQUIS accreditations, and possibly obtain new accreditations in the future

The FEB Alumni Monitor has been vetted under the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).  The GDPR mandates strict anonymization and privacy through any data collection.  

There are optional questions in the FEB Alumni Monitor that ask whether you would like to share your contact information with FEB.  If you choose to do this, your data will no longer remain anonymized. It is your choice to share your contact information with us; the implications on privacy when answering these questions are also made clear in the survey.

The FEB Alumni Monitor is available to complete every year.  

If you graduated from FEB sometime in the past 2 years, you will receive the National Alumni Survey distributed as well as the FEB Alumni Recent Graduate Employment Survey instead of the FEB Alumni Monitor.

You will receive an email with an individual link to the FEB Alumni Monitor through a service called Qualtrics. Qualtrics is customer experience management software that is used to collect and analyze data in a secure environment.  The University of Groningen has a contract with Qualtrics for academic and administrative staff to create and administer surveys that support our work.

The creation of the annual FEB Alumni Monitor was a joint effort between the FEB Career Service, Alumni Relations, FEB academic staff in the departments of HRM&OB and GEM, and the FEB Internationalization Advisors.  If you have questions about the FEB Alumni Monitor, please feel free to email febalumni rug.nl.
