Support the FEB Alumni Network

Giving back to the FEB community
give a guest lecture

There are diverse ways to support the alumni network. Have you thought about becoming a mentor, provide internship experiences or give a guest lecture. We would love to get in touch and discuss ways of support and contribution.

Give a guest lecture

It is a great help for our students when an experienced professional shares knowledge and experience. It teaches students more about what goes on in day-to-day practice and prepares them for the job market. In particular, having alumni back at the faculty is a valuable experience for students since they provide an extra source of relateable information.

Giving a guest lecture is a great way to pass on your knowledge as a feb alum. In addition, it gives you a chance to inspire the new generation of economists and business specialists and make them enthusiastic about your company and your specific field. Please get in touch with Susanne Klinkers, our alumni officer to discuss possibilities.

Become a mentor

Becoming a mentor is a meaningful experience for both, the mentor and their mentees. Letting such a relationship grow can help you to grow a network, expand knowledge, and gain interpersonal skills. As a mentor you will function as someone, who gives advice to less experienced professionals or students. In that way, you can help younger alumni and students develop as a professional, give advice, pass on knowledge and maybe even open job doors.

Share your thoughts on faculty developments

For the faculty, it is crucial to continuously renew and improve our education and research. Therefore, we involve alumni in steering groups and committees that deal with faculty developments and policy making. Our alumni provide counsel and valuable feedback on our faculty direction, curriculum, career readiness and reputation. Are you interested in getting involved, please get in touch with our alumni officer, Susanne Klinkers to discuss possibilities.

Offer an internship

Offering internship opportunities to our current students is a meaningful way of supporting the FEB Alumni Network and faculty as a whole.

Alumni can make a big difference by helping students on the right career path. Internships give our students the opportunity to put their theoretical knowledge into practice. More importantly, they learn about their own interests and drives. You can advertise a vacancy on the FEB Alumni Network platform.
