When I had to choose a study I really didn’t know where to start. So many different studies to choose from.

When I was on high school, I was always interested in economics. So I decided to focus on the economical studies at the RUG. After visiting several open days I thought that I knew what I wanted to do, Business administration. But after my first year I found out that I wanted to develop my English skills a bit more and that an Enlish study would help me aquiring this. Eventually I swapped to Economics and Business Economics.

Although I didn’t choose the right study immediately, I don’t have any regrets of my year at business administration. I learned so many skills in this year that are usefull in the daily life. I also found out that Groningen certainly is the place to study for me in this year. It’s just always full of cosiness and there are so many fun associations to join.
