Internships (Silicon Valley)

18 October 2017

The consulate of the Netherlands in San Francisco intermediates between students in the Netherlands who are interested in doing an internship in Silicon Valley. Currently there are two open positions:

RealtyShares Spring 2018

RealtyShares provides a platform for investing in real-estate acquisition and refinancing opportunities. The firm provides both commercial real estate debt and equity for qualified projects. It offers an

alternative to conventional ways of raising capital by collecting a larger volumes of smaller investments through its online crowdfunding platform, resulting in a much faster investing process. In addition to

this online crowdfunding platform, RealtyShares has institutional capital allocations from life insurance companies and private equity firms, giving them flexibility in financing that is unmatched in the

commercial real estate lending industry. RealtyShares finances office buildings, apartment buildings, shopping centers, industrial buildings and hotels with loans in the US $2,000,000 to $10,000,000 range,

for projects located throughout the United States. Since its formation in 2013, RealtyShares has raised over $500 million of crowd-funded financing and has attracted more than 92,000 investors for

investments in approximately 550 properties.
