The Customer Insights Center of the University of Groningen (RUGCIC) translates academic customer insights into practice.

The Customer Insights Center uses data science and best practices to help companies fully understand their customers. Our researchers discover new insights and answer existing research questions. This enables managers to make fact-based decisions on how to spend their marketing budget.
