Corporate members of the Customer Insights Center of the University of Groningen (RUGCIC) can have scientific research carried out that is focused on their own organization, the industry, certain consumer segments and/or that builds on other interesting insights.

In some cases, in consultation with the client, it may be decided to use trainees in such a study, but usually the academic research is carried out by experienced scientists within our knowledge centre.

Unexplored new topics are extra interesting for our researchers, while at the same time, taylor-made research into these topics can provide an innovative advantage for companies. A win-win opportunity, for your company, and for us.

Examples of previous collaborations

Concrete collaborative opportunities

  • Research in collaboration with bachelor students of Business Research & Consulting, who will investigate topical issues in small group projects
  • Specially selected students carry out their thesis research within your organization
  • Research in collaboration with our experts at the department for marketing research
  • Full coverage of expenses for a PhD candidate, to research more complex issues (this is a collaboration spanning a minimum of three years)
