Meeting schedule
The Council usually meets the Board twice a month:
Once a month, the general meeting takes place with, in principle, the full Council and Board. These meetings take place on Thursdays at 9.30 a.m.
In the week before, between the council meeting and the committees, an internal council meeting is held, intended for internal consultation between the council factions. This meeting is not public.
Two weeks before the joint meeting, Committee meetings take place. A delegation of the Council meets one member of the Board there. There are three such committees:

Research & Education (O&O) with the Rector Magnificus, usually 9 a.m. - 11.30 a.m.

Governance (Bestuur), with the chair of the Board, usually 12 noon - 2.30 p.m

Means (Middelen), with the vice-chair of the Board, usually 3 p.m. - 5 p.m.
All meetings are public, unless stated otherwise. The meetings take place in the large meeting room at the Muurstraat. This room has insufficient space to accomodate a live audience, but the public parts of the meeting are available through our live stream. All public documents are placed on the Google Drive.
