White Paper - Blended Learning with Diversity and Inclusion
Recently Carole Fuller, Liga Klavina, Iain Johnston-White and Mellie Pullman from the Communities of Practice for Blended Learning and the Inclusion and Diversity group at Teaching Academy Groningen decided to look at the existing research on how different forms of Blended Learning benefit or hinder learning for different groups.
The collaboration resulted in a White paper, exploring current research on how different technologies and active learning activities are perceived by different audiences. They considered the role of different demographics in the classroom and how students with different needs experience different blended learning elements as well as how intentional design is perceived by not only different types of students but the teachers who are tasked with course design and implementation.
