Shelter City Guest lecture

Shelter City is a program that takes in human rights defenders throughout the world and offers shelter, educational opportunities and further networking possibilities. The University College Groningen has taken up this project recently and works togehter with the municipality of Groningen and the association Humanitas for this cities branch of Shelter City.

This particular lecture will be given by an African human rights defender, who would like to share his story and struggles with you. The topic for the event, as decided by the human rights defender, will be 'The Purpose of Life.' Additionally, he intends to speak about the work he has carried out so far and some reflections.
