University College Groningen is the only University College in the Netherlands with an Centre of Entrepreneurship embedded within its faculty. This gives UCG students access to an exclusive track at the Centre of Entrepreneurship.

Want to enrich your UCG Experience?

Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset? The Centre of Entrepreneurship enhances the UCG experience in several ways. UCG students can exclusively choose to take the special Social Entrepreneurship Track. This exclusive track consists of a set of dedicated courses within the minor "Entrepreneurship"  and is only available for UCG students. You are also welcome to attend the VentureLab weekend: a 3 day event, where aspiring entrepreneurs can find out if their startup ideas are viable. Besides this we give you the chance to follow an extracurricular course on entrepreneurship to learn from an academic and practitioners viewpoint by experts in the field.

Supervision by experts in the field

When you choose to do an internship over the summer or write your thesis on a subject relating to entrepreneurship, you have the possibility to receive supervision by someone of the academic staff of the Centre of Entrepreneurship.
