Personal Facts

My favourite thing about Groningen is: it is just a great city to raise children; not too big and not too small

Something most people don’t know about me is: I love chickens, we have 5 bantam chickens that occupy most of the garden.

My biggest achievement is: making sourdough baguette which was even eatable.

When I’m not working I’m busy: running

My inspiration is: nature (or the tiny but oh so mighty yeast)
