Register a test

Teachers can apply for a digital test by following the process below:

  • Contact your schedule maker and inform him/ her that you want your exam to be administered by computer. Make sure the exam will take place in either room 2 or 3 of the Aletta Jacobshal (AJH).
  • After your exam has been scheduled, you will receive an intake form, five weeks before the exam. Please fill out the required questions, which will help us to determine the expected number of students, for example, and the kind of test (multiple choice, essay questions, etc.).

PLEASE NOTE: The exam schedules for the AJH for the coming academic year will be determined in April and May. Make sure you contact your schedule makers in time, because it is difficult to schedule a digital test afterwards. To keep track of your exams, we advise you to use the Exam Module on Nestor. Scroll to the bottom of the Nestor page and click on “+Add Module”. Next, search for “exam” and click on “Add at the module My Exams”. ESI only supports the administration of digital tests in the AJH, but we can advise teachers on digital examinations on other locations within the UG.
