On 12 October 2018, Prof. Panos Merkouris participated in a Workshop on ‘Arctic Cooperation: Drifting Apart or Working Together?’ co-organized by the Arctic Centre and the Centre for European and International Legal Affairs. In it Prof. Merkouris discussed the future and challenges that the Arctic Council will face in the years to come.
