Commissioned research

The department of Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Public Administration is regularly called upon for research and advisory assignments from, for example, the WODC, the National Ombudsman, the Council for the Judiciary, the House of Representatives or a ministry.

The department has a good reputation in the field of classical legal dogmatic research and can also combine a legal perspective with an empirical study of the law.

Research at the department is co-funded by the Dutch  Research Council (NWO) and the GAK institute.
