Edwin Woerdman on implementation problems emissions trading scheme in Europe
Dr Edwin Woerdman is one of the three experts interviewed by NU.nl on implementation problems of the emissions trading scheme in Europe. The other two interviewed experts are Jos Cozijnsen, climate consultant, and Harm van de Wetering, deputy director of the Dutch Emissions Authority NEa. Woerdman criticizes in particular the numerous exceptions created for the industry under the scheme.
