Tips and Tricks

Orientation and preparation

  • Contact the International Office Faculty of Law if you have any questions or require advice. Questions sent by e-mail: exchangelaw@rug.nl will be dealt with as soon as possible
  • Student walk-in hours of the International Office for incoming exchange students: Tuesday and Thursday 15.00-17.00 hrs
  • SSHXL- you can find accommodation through the SSHXL
  • Student Hotel Groningen - Book a room at the Student Hotel Groningen

Nb. Not all links provided will work, for some it is nessecary to log into your RUG university account, this is only possible after full registration as an exchange student with the Faculty of Law.

  • Study Support Group for international students: (E.g. for student counselling, courses & workshops on studying, time management, planning, etc.)
  • Courses and workshops: the SSC offers several courses and workshops especially for international students. E.g. Acadamic writing skills, Effective studying, Mindfullness.
