Professor Dimitry Kochenov gave an interview to El Punt Avui, the main Catalan newspaper, on the state of the Rule of Law in the EU, focusing on the gradual learning curve on how to deal with the outstanding problems, which the European Union institutions, especially the Court of Justice and the Commission, demonstrate. The future is bright, even though there are definitely more difficulties ahead.
