Study association

VIP is the study association for Psychology students at the University of Groningen. The goal of VIP is to offer support to students regarding their studies, and the opportunity to get to know one another.​

  • Studiegids 2017-2018. Er wordt van je verwacht dat je de regels en richtlijnen die in de studiegids staan kent. We raden je aan de algemene informatie, informatie over de opleiding, de vakken en de regels en richtlijnen te bestuderen voor de start van het semester. Op die manier ben je goed voorbereid op de eerste weken, weet je wat je kunt verwachten en kun je een planning maken. Let op: er kunnen updates zijn in de studiegids.
  • Snelstartgids faculteit GMW 2017-2018. Belangrijke informatie over de faculteit en over de IT-faciliteiten. Kijk voor aanvullende (Engelse) uitleg over de Student Portal, Progress-WWW (inschrijving vakken), Ocasys (rooster samenstellen) op!

In case you want to start reading already, you can find a literature list for almost all the courses in the course catalogue. Please note that literature can change in the new course catalogue and that in September, you will be able to buy books with a discount via the psychology student association, VIP.

If English is not your native language, it's a good idea to do some English reading during the summer.
