Semester 2A

Lecture period: Monday 2 February 2026 - Friday 20 March 2026

Semester 2B

Lecture period: Monday 13 April 2026 - Friday 5 June 2026

Vacation days

The period from 3 November until 10 November 2025 (Career Week), 22 December 2025 until 4 January 2026 and the period from 29 June 2026 until 31 August 2026 are periods without any lectures or exams for the Faculty of Spatial Sciences. All University buildings are closed on the following days:

  • Closure during Christmas: 20 December 2025 until 4 January 2026
  • Good Friday: 3 April 2026
  • Easter Monday: 6 April 2026
  • Kingsday: 27 April 2026
  • Liberation Day: 5 May 2026
  • Ascension Day: 14 May 2026
  • Whit Monday: 25 May 2026

Schedules

The schedules are made by the Education office. The schedules are preliminary, changes are always possible. You will be notified of changes in the schedules, on Brightspace or by e-mail. Courses offered outside the programmes of the Faculty of Spatial Sciences are not available in the schedules of the Faculty. Please check the information and the schedule of the Faculty where the course is offered.

Lecture halls for Spatial Sciences can be found in the following buildings on the Zernike Campus:
Mercator (Buildingnumbers 5415, 5416, 5417): Landleven 1;
Duisenberg Building (Buildingnumbers 5411, 5412, 5414, en 5433/Paviljon): Nettelbosje 2;
Kapteynborg (Buildingnumber 5419): Landleven 12
Equator (Buildingnumber 5436): Landleven 1
