Maximum 24 participants Women are still underrepresented at higher levels, both inside and outside academia. Why is this so, and how might this affect how you see your own leadership potential? In this interactive series of workshops we will investigate what makes you, as a woman, powerful. What can you do to become more empowered and bring balance to the current ‘imbalance’? We start the course with a lecture and discussion on the research findings regarding gender and power, which might shape how you view your own leadership ambitions. The two subsequent sessions allow you to put what you have learnt into practice, focussing hands-on exercises in role-playing and communication skills. By the end of the course you will |
