Education Frequently asked questions Admission, registration and deregistration Admission and application Matching aan de RUG

What does matching look like?

The matching procedure differs per faculty. You will receive more information about the procedure if you applied for a Bachelor's degree programme via Studielink before 1 June.

After participation in the matching procedure, the study programme will provide you with an advice regarding your study choice. A positive advice indicates that, based on the matching procedure, the study programme is under the assumption that you fit the program. An reconsideration advice signifies that the study programme advises you to reconsider your study choice. This advice, however, is not binding, which means that you are still allowed to take part in the study programme.

More information can be found on the Matching at the UG page of our website.
