R&O interview training for managers

Introduction

The R&O interview is an instrument that enables managers and their staff to have a discussion each year. R&O interviews are crucial in terms of agreeing and recording the staff member’s performance and development, and the manager’s assessment.

Aim

A well prepared interview that meets the actual goals of the R&O interview:

  • Management goal (doing what you have to do and what is agreed)
  • Development goal (talent development, career development, training/education, long-term employability)
  • Motivation goal (passion and commitment)
