Checklist Study Associations

02 November 2017

Study Associations have a very important place at the University of Groningen. They organise lectures, congresses, book sales, socials, and all kinds of other activities. The Green Office created a checklist for these study associations to help them in becoming more sustainable.

The boards of these study associations can use this checklist to measure how sustainable the organization is and it helps to indicate where to improve. To motivate these boards in using this checklist, the society can earn a Green Label. This green label is divided in categories: the Bronze, Silver and Golden Three. The Green Office also talks with the CUOS for a activity subsidy to help the associations with improving of  the level of sustainability. We keep you posted about all this via the next newsletters and the Green Office Facebook.
