Symposium Gro Green Energy

14 November 2017

During the Let’s Gro week, the Green University organised the Gro Green Energy symposium: about the question how we can pull through the energy transition together. Different northern organisations (Engie, Grunniger Power, Noorderpoort College, Alfa College, Holthausen and Bossers & Cnossen) explained how they stand in the energy transition and described the barriers that they are running into. Led by the host Freek van Eijk, it quickly became clear that the innovators will be the frontrunners of the energy transition and that holding on to fossil fuels can be the end of your company. It was hopeful to see that even the larger companies seemed very open and willing to work on a collective goal!
