Henk van Putten
I want to stand up for the smaller faculties. Their interests are not always optimally represented. Consider the absence (at this time) of an acute IT lecture hall support or central AV service. It is more difficult to organize for a small faculty than for a large one. My second main point will be the role of OBP in education support and the increasing workload that is being experienced there too, due to larger student numbers, more rules (AVG) or politics in The Hague (accountability culture).
Vote for me if the above points concern concerns that are shared by you. I have been a member of the faculty council of Thrs both as a student and as an employee, where I have enjoyed working for more than fifteen years. During my student days I was part of the daily management of a student facility. I think big, so choose small.
