Open Day Recap
On Saturday 23 April we welcomed prospective students with their families and friends at our campus building. This was the first in person Open Day without any Corona restrictions in place. The Spring sunny vibes in Groningen made the event a great success.
Guests had the chance to attend a presentation session with lecturers and current students and alumni.
The topics during the lectures were the following:
- study program
- career prospects
- student life
- transition to the labor market and to a Master degree
Throughout the day, we offered a number of tours of the UCG student accommodation (called Frascati). Guests followed current students for these tours.
Simultaneously, all guests were welcome to come to the info market in our canteen (see picture below). At the info market they could get information on the following:
- admissions
- exchange, internships, minors
- guidance at UCG
- Caerus, UCG's own study association
- alumni experiences
- projects, one of the core courses within the study program
All in all, our Open Day was a success!
The application deadline for our 2022 cohort starting in September 2022, is 1 May.
