Is direct evoltution the key to our future? Modifying our genes has been a long sought goal in our society. While a number of “gene therapy” successes have been well documented in the treatment of human diseases,  “gene doping” to enhance athletic performance has been viewed as an inevitable progression and the next threat to clean sports.

In this innovative project, we will ask the question “why not embrace this technology to tackle global challenges?” We will explore the possibilities and discuss approaches to confront complex societal issues and their ethical considerations. During this project, we will develop a short film.
