Enrolment and payment

Enrolment

Staff, students, as well as others may enrol via the website. You should contact the CIT secretariat if you have any questions concerning enrolment: 050 - 363 9200.

RUG staff and students can use their Student/Employee number and password to login, for others, an account for CIT Course Registration will be created.

When registering you also have to specify a method of payment.

Payment

If you are a staff member payment will be handled internally.

For everyone else payment is possible by transferring the course fee (see the invoice as attachment by the registration mail), within two weeks, to the following account:

mentioning the invoice number and accounts receivable number.

Cancellation procedure

If you cancel up to eight weekdays before the start of the course no charges will be made.

No course fee will be reimbursed if you cancel in the period from eight weekdays before the course starts and the first teaching day.

The CIT has the right to cancel a course if there are not enough participants, in which case the course fee will be reimbursed. Alternatively, participants may be offered another opportunity to follow the course, for instance via the Open study center.
