"In the last years we have gained completely new insights about the structure of the Universe. Seen over distances of tens to hundreds of millions of light years, the cosmos appears to look like a Cosmic Web. This is an intricate weblike pattern in which galaxies are embedded in elongated strands that surround large cosmic voids. It shows the first stage of how structure forms in our Universe and represents the key towards unraveling the formation and evolution of structure in the Universe, and thus the origin of ourselves. This presentation takes you on a fascinating full dome tour through the cosmos and its structure on Megaparsec scales, from the earliest times up to the present epoch."
