Prof. Cisca Wijmenga appointed board member of ZonMw

The Dutch Minister of Health, Welfare and Sport has appointed Prof. Cisca Wijmenga to the board of directors of ZonMw, the Netherlands Organisation for Health Research and Development. Starting June 1, 2018, Prof. Wijmenga will serve for a period of 4 years. ZonMw stimulates health research and health care innovation ranging from fundamental research to the implementation of new treatments, preventive interventions or improvements in the structure of health care.
