
NWO Vici award for Lude Franke
Prof. Lude Franke has been awarded a prestigious Vici grant from the Dutch Research Council (NWO). The prestigious 1.5 million-euro award provides funding for 5 years of research. Lude’s awarded research project will apply gene networks assembled from the vast amount of genomic data now available to search for links between germline and somatic mutations and study whether there is an overarching principle that links these different types of mutations.
