Research

Serving as a Centre for researchers, the Dutch Studies Centre aims to conduct research in the areas of Dutch and European politics, economics, law, history, language and culture, and to publish research papers and textbooks. The Centre promotes activities such as:

• Training of researchers, both on staff, student and PhD level;
• Organizing seminars and conferences on Dutch and European topics in Shanghai and on Sino-Dutch and Sino-European topics in Groningen
• Publishing works on (Sino-)Dutch and (Sino-)European topics for distribution in the Chinese and Dutch academic world as well as elsewhere
• Giving support to Fudan and Groningen faculty members and students to participate in DSC related seminars and conferences.
