Groningen Again Ranked Among Top 10 Places in the World to Study Energy Law and Public International Law

27 February 2019 yesterday released its Top 10 Lists for Specialty programmes for 2019, which again lists Groningen as a top destination to study Energy Law and Public International Law.

This is the third year in a row Groningen has been ranked for Energy Law, because of its distinct LLM in Energy and Climate Law , and the Faculty’s participation in the North Sea Energy Law Programme (NSELP). Groningen is also the 'Energy Valley' of the Netherlands and home to the Groningen Centre of Energy Law , which is based at the University.

It is the second year in a row that the Public International Law LLM has been included in the rankings. This programme is also continuously top ranked in The Netherlands for international law .

Both programmes, as well as the rest of the one-year, English taught LLM programmes at the Faculty, are currently accepting applications for studies beginning in September 2019. is a leading global directory of Master of Laws (LLM) programmes, and their lists focus on various factors such as offered concentrations, existing rankings, international balance, and location.
