IMPORTANT NOTICE: The University of Groningen will be transfering from Studielink to a new application platform in October 2018. From October 1st to October 10th, it is planned that Studielink will not be accessible as the platforms are changed. The application process is done online. The Dutch government has implemented a system of online application for all Dutch universities and ‘hogescholen’ (universities of applied science), called Studielink. All students are required to register themselves through Studielink for the programme(s) of their choice. Your application will immediately transported to our Online Application System (OAS). Applicants will receive an email from our OAS with their login details. Please check any spambox/junkmail folder for this message as well; as it is an automated message, it quite often ends up there.
Applicants can then upload all documents in our OAS and submit their application there. The Admissions Office is only allowed to process files after you have pressed the button ‘submit’ in OAS. Applicants will receive a notification of our Admission Officers soon after that, that they are processing their file. If applicants do not receive any notifications at all, please email us at llm.admission, as something might have gone wrong.
As the procedure is a little bit complicated because of our obligation to use Studielink, you can find step-by-step manuals (for both systems) and more information on the exact application procedure here.
Applications sent to us by regular mail will not be considered unless the students in question completed an online application!
